Would you like to join a globally recognised leader in the premium beauty and cosmetics industry, known for its iconic brands, innovation, and strong presence across both retail and digital channels? As the Social Media Manager, you'll lead the creation and execution of engaging social content across key digital channels, bringing campaigns, product launches and brand moments to life for beauty brands. The Role: - Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram and TikTok. - Create engaging, social-first content that drives awareness, engagement and brand affinity. - Lead social activations for new product launches, campaigns and key brand moments. - Adapt global content and assets for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency. - Support events, experiential activations and pop-ups through real-time content creation. - Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice. - Brief and collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver impactful campaigns. - Work closely with PR, CRM, Media and Brand teams to maximise campaign performance. - Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results. - Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for rapid activation. About You: - Proven experience in social media and content creation - Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle or other consumer-focused brands would be highly advantageous. - Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms. - A genuine passion for social media, digital culture and consumer trends. - Experience creating content from concept through to execution. - Comfortable being in front of the camera and representing brands through content when required. - Strong creative eye with the ability to identify and capitalise on trending opportunities. - Experience developing content calendars and social media strategies. - Ability to analyse social performance data and use insights to improve engagement and reach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organisation where you'll play a key role in delivering expert Employee Relations support across a diverse and fast-paced business. Working closely with managers and HR colleagues, you'll provide commercially focused advice, manage complex ER casework and support organisational change initiatives. The Role As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a broad range of complex and sensitive employee relations matters while ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business, providing pragmatic guidance that balances employee experience with commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, conduct, harassment and discrimination matters. Provide expert advice to managers and HR teams on employment law, company policy and ER best practice. Lead and support investigations, hearings and formal consultation processes. Assess risk and recommend practical, commercially balanced solutions. Support organisational change programmes, including restructures, redundancies and organisational design initiatives. Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in handling employee relations matters. Identify trends through case analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of ER policies and processes. Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance. About You We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges. You'll ideally have: Proven experience managing high-volume, complex Employee Relations casework. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Employee Relations best practice. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. The ability to balance commercial priorities with fair and consistent decision-making. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence handling sensitive conversations and navigating ambiguity. Experience supporting organisational change and restructuring activity. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
